Today I show you many images about effect lights. I use cyan color. It's very cool :)
The image without background effect:
The image has background effect. I draw some color lines as green, red, blue and magenta. After that I use Filter/Distort/Twirl, chose suitable angle. Then I use Filter/Filter Gallery. The window "Stained Glass", "Texture" box, "Stained Glass", chose the number of Stained Glass as Cell Size, Border Thickness and Light Intensity. Finished it :)
